PRESCRIBED TRAININGS

This is Basic Occupational Safety & Health (BOSH) Training for Safety Officer Level 1 (SO1). The training is composed of the following:
• Mandatory Eight-hour Safety & Health orientation under DO 198-80 for all workers & employees regardless of position (8-hours).
• Training of OSH Trainers (2-hours).

This Ten (10) – hour, 1 – day course, when completed, makes the attendee a Qualified Safety Officer 1 or SO1.

Why Take BOSH for SO1 C?ourse

  • Safety Officer Level 1 (SO1) is the minimum requirement for a company’s compliance with developing and implementing a safety and health program for the Low Risk Classification.

  • MESH with TOT is the training for an employee to become a qualified SO1, to understand what where, who, how and why of preparing the OSH Program.

  • Avoid penalty: A Low Risk company without an SO1, may be penalized P40,000 per day.

  • The MESH is required for all employees & workers, regardless of position, to undergo a Health & Safety Orientation

Who can take BOSH for SO1 Course?

  • All employees of companies who have no capability to give DOLE-required 8-hour Occupational Safety & Health Orientation

  • Owners of Micro/ SMEs

  • Fresh college graduates or college seniors

  • Individuals who have a passion for safety & health.
